- Must be 21 years of age to check into the hotel rooms. Please have a valid Photo I.D., credit card or debit card and any applicable coupons/discounts at the time of check-in.
- All reservations must be guaranteed to a valid credit card to avoid loss of your reservation. To avoid a charge against your credit card, or loss of your deposit, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for standard reservations. Please note that an extended cancellation notice is required during special events and holidays.
- All rates are subject to state and local taxes, which may change without notice.
- Check in time begins after 4:00 pm based on availability and checkout time is 11:00 am. We will authorize your credit card at 6 p.m. If it is not approved, your reservation will be cancelled.
- At the time of check-in we require a $25 security deposit authorized on a credit card.
- All charges are payable upon departure. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- We observe a no pet policy. We will make every attempt to accommodate your special requests, but the hotel cannot guarantee it. For the respect of all customers, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm – 8 am. We allow up to 4 people in a double room or a suite and 2 people in a King room. State law requires that we have your license plate number upon checking into the hotel.
- If you have booked a golf package with us all package prices are based on double occupancy. A charge will be applied to packages with single occupancy. All rooms must be guaranteed to a valid credit card. To avoid a charge against your credit card we require a 72-hour cancellation notice.
- If you have booked a pool side suite, you will be required to give a $100 security deposit with a credit card. If you booked a standard room or a pool side room you will be required to give a $25.00 security deposit with a credit card at check in.
