TITLE: Line Cook 3

REPORTS TO: Executive Sous Chef / Supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE:
Experience preferred in line cooking at full service restaurant.
- Competent at the Pantry station.
- Competent at the Fry station.
- Competent prep cook.
- Competent at the coordinator’s position (middle).
- Assist both the sauté and broiler chef with plating of orders.
- Take direction from the Dacotah Restaurant Chef and Line Cook 1.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular attendance punctuality necessary.
- Regular punctuality necessary.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at anytime during employment.
