TITLE: Wabasha Creek Cook 2
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
REPORTS TO: Wabasha Creek Restaurant Supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience preferred in line cooking at full service restaurant.
- Competent at all stations in the Dacotah Ridge kitchen.
- Able and willing to work any station as needed AM or PM shifts.
- Able to handle working alone; open and/or close kitchen.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Maintain portion control in all related areas.
- Take direction from the Dacotah Ridge Food & Beverage Manager.
- Basic equipment knowledge.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Regular attendance necessary.
- Regular punctuality necessary.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at anytime during employment.
