TITLE: Wabasha Creek Lead Cook
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
REPORTS TO: Wabasha Creek Supervisor and Wabasha Creek Manager
SUPERVISES: Wabasha Creek Cooks
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience required in line cooking at full service restaurant, preferably at Wabasha Creek. Experience in kitchen operations including ordering, scheduling, and employee supervision preferred.
- Competent in all stations in the Wabasha Creek kitchen
- Able and willing to work any station as needed AM or PM Shifts
- Able to handle working alone; open and/or close kitchen
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Maintain portion control in all related areas.
- Take direction from the Wabasha Creek Supervisor and Wabasha Creek Manager.
- Give competent direction to all Wabasha Creek Cooks
- Competent in ordering and scheduling
- Responsible for quality, consistency and presentation of final product
- Extensive equipment operation and maintenance knowledge
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Regular attendance and punctuality required
- Available and willing to work any changes in schedule at any time during employment is required.
