*All handicaps based off CSR with maximum of 8 per round and 32 in 4 rounds. If you do not have a CSR one will be assigned based off known ability and Fargo rating. Tournament Director has ability to move any player up in ranking if deemed necessary. This is a drug free zone, violators will be asked to leave.
